TEXARKANA, Texas -- Classical music will give way to classic rock June 17 at the Perot Theatre.
Tribute band Satisfaction will perform their collection of Rolling Stones hits in a show co-presented by Texarkana Symphony Orchestra and the Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council. Local band Chasing Rita will open.
"If you're a fan of rock 'n' roll, this show is for you," TRAHC Executive Director Jennifer Unger said. "TRAHC is excited to co-present this show with TSO. I am excited that our two organizations are able to work together to bring this show to our community. It's going to be an incredible night of great music."
Entering their 20th year in production, Satisfaction/The International Rolling Stones Show plays 150 shows a year, have more than 4,000 total performances under their belts and promise "the most authentic cast and costuming of its kind," according to a news release.
Texarkana native Chris LeGrand founded the show in 2000 and portrays Stones frontman Mick Jagger.

Satisfaction has been featured in Rolling Stone magazine, Showbiz Magazine, Las Vegas Today, CBS Sunday Morning and hundreds of national newspapers, magazines, television and radio programs as the world's greatest show honoring the Rolling Stones and their legacy.
