Ashley Smalley, Community Outreach Marketing, Special Health Resources

Ashley M. Smalley was born and raised in Texarkana Texas, in a small community within Liberty-Eylau called Grandview. Growing up the youngest of three girls , Ashley considered herself an optimist, but shortly thereafter life had a funny way of teaching her that she is an optimist , a cynic and a realist all wrapped in one. Ashley believes that in life, we meet people for a reason, season or a lifetime. Ashley's passion has always been helping people "connect the dots", and her current and past positions have allowed her to do just that. Ashley is the Community Outreach/ Marketing person at Special Health Resource for both Texas and Arkansas clinics. Ashley considers it a blessing to be able to serve in the city she grew up in. Ashley attended college on band scholarship at The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff; in her free time she enjoys attending live music events that include Jazz, Blues, R&B and Neo-Soul, smoking a nice premium cigar and simply relaxing on my porch. I have a new found love for astrology and all things that bring peace.
