TEXARKANA, Texas — After two months of building and a lifetime of inspiration, Jennifer Wittman is opening her own espresso stand.
Roosters Coffee Co. will have a soft opening at 8 a.m. Wednesday with a menagerie of espressos, coffees, teas, smoothies and baked goods. Wittman’s personal favorite is the white chocolate raspberry scone.
A grand opening will follow in a few weeks with drawings for tumblers, T-shirts and gift cards.
Wittman was inspired to create her own espresso stand by the several she used to visit in her native Washington state.
Rooster Coffee Co. is a bright yellow shack at 5884 U.S. Highway 59, adjacent to Naaman’s Championship BBQ. The grand opening will be coming soon with drawings for branded tumblers, tee shirts and gift cards. Find the company on social media.
