Cheers and Jeers

JEERS: To the Texarkana Arkansas Street Department. I live on Broadmoor Drive and must drive daily on East 24th Street and Pinson. The potholes on both streets have cost me two front end alignments and 3 tires. They barely pack or repair them and all of a sudden they are bigger than before. It's like driving down a dirt country road and makes me do more repairs on my car than I can afford. As a taxpayer I should be charging them for my alignments and tires. Please fix these two streets so I can drive in one lane without zig zagging potholes. -- A.M., Texarkana, Arkansas
