TEXARKANA, Ark. -- Representatives of Cooper Tire and Rubber Co.'s Community Foundation present a check for $25,000 to the United Way on Thursday during a presentation at the plant. The funds will go toward the United Way of Greater Texarkana's annual campaign, which has a goal of $900,000. The campaign funds more than 30 programs in a nine-county region that includes parts of Texas and Arkansas.
