TEXARKANA, Texas -- The Sportsplex by Healthcare Express will hold its third annual Best Chili in Texarkana chili cook-off on Feb. 11 at the fitness center.
Contestants will need to cook at least a gallon of chili. Three judges will sample each entry and award a $200 prize to the winner.
The entry fee is $25, and chili will be sold at $5 per customer. All proceeds will go to HandsOn Texarkana.
The cook-off will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 5610 Richmond Road.
