Seven Texas High standouts make their mark after signing letters of intent

TEXARKANA, Texas -- A group of seven talented athletes from Texas High solidified their future plans on Wednesday as they officially signed their national letters of intent, paving the way for their academic and athletic pursuits.

Lakyn Austin and Chapman White have decided to remain close to home, having signed their letters to attend TAMU-T. Austin will be showcasing her skills on the tennis court for the Eagles, while White will be taking on cross-country.

Ally Moore has chosen Arkansas State University as her destination, where she will contribute to the Red Wolves' cheer squad.

In the Tigers' boys soccer program, three standout players have committed to different colleges.

Matthew Delk will be attending the University of Central Lancashire-Macclesfield International Academy in England. Meanwhile, Daniel Lee has secured a spot at Ouachita Baptist University, and Seth Trusty will be pursuing his soccer career at Feather River College in California.

Austin Judkins opted for Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where he will look to excel in track and field.
