John Tennison shoots video of himself playing drums Friday, May 26, 2023, on the centerline of North State Line Avenue at Pine Street in downtown Texarkana. The shoot was part of the ongoing production of Tennison's documentary, "The Place That Forgot It Existed: A Texarkana Reckoning." He customized the two drums to represent Arkansas and Texas, respectively. "It's going to be part of the comic interludes, kind of like the connecting sequences.
