The first day of business is Monday, Sept. 18. The drive-through coffee shop was lowered into place Wednesday, Aug. 2 at 2630 Richmond Road. Stand manager Landon Evans said 50 local residents have been hired to work the stand, which is open from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The stand also plans to serve free drinks during Community Hours from Monday to Friday, Sept. 22. The hours are from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., from noon to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, Sept. 23, the stand will host Swag Day. Between the hours of 5:30 a.m. and 11 p.m., customers who purchase a large drink will get a free T-shirt. Brandon Sebald, whose franchise BrewCrew out of Fayetteville, Ark., owns the local 7 Brew, said the Richmond Road stand is the first of three stands planned for Texarkana.
