Texarkana, Texas, baker Emily Graham won a Christmas cookie showdown Friday morning on "Good Morning America."

Celebrity chef Richard Blais and four child taste-testers judged Graham's cookies the best among the three competitors'. Blais praised not only the taste of her Christmas cheer sugar cookies, but also the Christmas sweater design.

"I could wear this cookie, Emily," he said.

"When you think of Christmas, you think of the sugar cookie, because it's so customizable you're able to pretty much do anything with them," Graham said on the show about her cookies.

She traveled to New York City on Thursday to appear on the Friday morning show and brought dozens of cookies with her. She found out this week that "Good Morning America" was interested in having her appear on the program.

Photos of Graham's cookies on the "Good Morning America" website show her skillful, detailed designs, which feature reindeer on sweaters, nutcrackers, Christmas trees and candy canes. Her recipe, which includes meringue powder for icing and almond emulsion for the flavoring, is also online there.

Graham is a stay-at-home mom and room parent at her daughter's school with a home-based business called Graham Slam Bakery.

She faced off against bakers from New York City and New Jersey in the six-and-a-half minute segment. They made dark chocolate caramel thumbprint cookies and chocolate chip cranberry oatmeal cookies.

Recipes for their cookie concoctions are also online, as are recipes for Blais' jelly linzer wreath cookies and "no-bake" cocoa-nut snowballs.
