The Las Amigas Club of Texarkana USA introduced 22 debutantes with a reception held in the Truman Arnold Center at Texarkana College on Aug. 3. About 300 guests were present to meet and greet the 2019 debutantes.
Las Amigas President Lillie Young gave opening remarks and greetings. Texarkana College President Dr. Jason Smith extended words of welcome. MMelva Flowers introduced Las Amigas members. Cassandra Rhone introduced the speaker, former debutante Alonza Mitchell. General Chairperson Barbara Larry introduced the debutantes and their families.
