TEXARKANA, Texas - Texarkana Independent School District's Board of Trustees will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday to hold a Financial Rating System of Texas public hearing as well as a public hearing on the targeted improvement plans for Westlawn Elementary School.
Trustees will also consider the 2018-19 audit report, Texas High School program of studies and course description guide for 2020-21 and the purchase of property at 1703 W. 14th Street.
In addition, the board will also consider the Bowie Central Appraisal District 2019 TaxRoll and nominees to the BCAD Board of Directors.
Reports will also be given on the Texas Middle School Campus, professional development, along with the English as a Second Language and Bilingual Education Annual Report.
The meeting will be held at the TISD District Administration Building, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas.
