TEXARKANA, Ark. - Texarkana Arkansas School District Board of Trustees will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday looking to approve contracts, updates and bids.
After approving the consent agenda items, Superintendent Becky Kesler will give reports regarding the district's Table of Organization. She will also present Arkansas School Board Association personnel policies for review, after updates from the state's most recent legislative session.
Following Kesler's reports, Business Manager Andrew Hill will present the following:
- Finance report
- Consideration of bids
- Consideration of custodial contract
- Consideration of HVAC contract
- Consideration of grounds contract
- Consideration of removal of fixed assets
During Assistant Superintendent of Secondary Education Robin Hickerson's reports, the Willsub contract will be considered for renewal, and the student/parent handbook will be reviewed for a possible update.
Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Education Gwen Adams will then present special education contracts for consideration of approval.
Director of Public Relations Genia Bullock will present a contract for Apptegy, which is a school marketing website, for possible approval.
