As more cities within formerly dry Bowie County vote to allow retail beer and wine sales, the obvious question is when will hard liquor be allowed?

So that is our question this week. Do you think cities in Bowie County will eventually allow full retail liquor stores? How soon? And are you in favor or against such stores?

Last Week: Tune In or Out?

Last week's question was about the Academy Awards. Do you tune in to watch? Or do you tune out?

When Hollywood self-described stars decided they could tell me who to vote for, I quit going to the movies and will not watch any of their award shows. The multi-millionaires will not stifle my vote but I can hurt their pocketbooks a little by tuning them OUT. — D.S., Texarkana, Arkansas

Haven't watched in years and don't plan to this time.

Nope. Have absolutely not one iota bit of interest!

Tune out as always!!

I quit watching when Meryl Streep decided to use the show as a political platform. I want entertainers to ENTERTAIN.

No way will I watch. The politics and immorality are way beyond the point of no return.

Nope. I'll watch a western movie.

I always watch and will continue!

We never miss them! We will definitely watching the festivities!

The entertainment market is entirely too saturated, people are starting to care less about trivial pasttimes and our society doesn't care about what the elite and out touch think.

They still show the Oscars? Was done with that a long time ago.

No need to watch when we will all see clips and memes on FB/IG that will give us the highlights.

Tune out! Have never watched!

If I wanted to hear a bunch of liberals bash the President I'd just turn to CNN.

I could care less about HollywoodOUT

Not watching. Even if no other channel worked.

I'll tune out

Tune out they are stupid

I think personal opinions and politics should not be in the Oscars ! Reward the the film makers and actors it is their night!

Tune out! Just a way for them to pat themselves on their back!

I remember when our family watched the Oscars together, now it is almost rated R and not for small children.

Haven't watched in years.

An award show that chooses their winners who THEY think are the best. Nah, just like the Grammy's, I'm not watching trash.

No award shows at our house!

I don't watch Democrat rallies.

I will not be watching again this year

Out. Unless Ricky Gervais is hosting, I'll just catch the headlines the next day

Out cannot stand to watch nobodies glorify themselves.

They are not relevant in my life. Had no idea it was time for the Oscar's or anyone nominated.

Out. I imagine they will have so many derogatory things to say about our President (lol he is their President too)!

I don't watch award shows anymore.

I actually watched some or parts of the movies and was not impressed by any of them.

OUT! Not the same anymore. The ACTORS are just ACTORS. Nothing said from the heart anymore or about their fans. It's just boring all the love from the ACTORS is gone.

Award shows waste of time. Tune out for years now.

Nopenot interested them or their silly political opinions.

Out! I'm not only tired of their political views I'm sick of the women seeing who can show the most of their bodies.

Nope. They are a joke. Too much politics

I love to watch the red carpet arrivals

Nope I don't care about listening to their political views.

I would not waste 3 hrs of my time on these delusional movie stars who live in a bubble. My time is too valuable. When they have award show for our real heroes the military - then you will have my attention.

I enjoyed it, what I caught. And these guys & gals have every right to use the stage to share opinions. We watch them onscreen in acting mode & many have more than talent to share.
