IN YOUR VIEW | Prepared?: What will you do differently when next storm strikes?

After what seemed to be endless snow, the Twin Cities are seeing temperatures rise - even into the 60s next week. That means the white stuff will soon be gone.

And while it was pretty, we won't be sorry to see it go.

The snow was more of an inconvenience that a disaster for most in our area. Some were prepared, others not so much.

Storms can bring power outages, water issues and concern about having enough food and drink. All beg the question "what would you do differently when the next storm strikes?"

So we want to know what you think. What lessons did you learn from this snow storm? Do you plan to do anything different in preparation should another such storm be forecast?

Send your response (50 words maximum) to [email protected] by Wednesday, February 24. You can also mail your response to the Texarkana Gazette Friday Poll, at P.O. We will print as many responses as we can in next Friday's paper.
