GREENVILLE, Texas - Texas High beat the Greenville 55-44 Saturday at Greenville in the varsity girls' district opener.
Kerrighan Dunn led the Lady Tigers with 16 points and teammate Ashanti Northcross had eight points.
Jacia Collins also scored eight points for THS.
The Tigers are 1-0 in district play.

Eliyah Howard led the Lady Leopards with 17 points and four assists, while teammate Kayla Crabtree finished with 13 points and five steals. Janiya Sanders poured in 11 points and 12 rebounds for L-E.
