CLARKSVILLE, Texas - Clarksville went on a 12-2 second-quarter scoring spree to defeat McLeod, 56-39, in varsity girls basketball action Friday.
The Lady Longhorns were led by Kaitlyn Cross with 18 points and Sibbie Comer added nine points and five rebounds. Gracie Lance had a team-high 10 rebounds to go with five points.
The Lady Tigers got a game-high 25 points from Moe Owens, who ripped the nets for six long-range 3-pointers, Quesha Clark added 14 and Maddy Gill 12.
