GILMER, Texas - The Liberty-Eylau girls track program placed second overall at the district track meet Monday at Gilmer High School.
Bre Adams 1st in 100 meters and won the long jump.
Ta'Liyah Fields won the 100 meter hurdles and placed second in the 300 meter hurdles.
Shakeriana King finished second in the 100 meters and Dazene Bell placed second in the 400 meters.
Kalyn Boyce placed second in the 200 meters and fourth in the long jump.
Nakenya Sanders won the shot put and placed fourth in discus.
L-E won the 4x100 meter relay (Adams, Kam Ellis, Olivia Rubio, Zarria Jones), placed second in the 4x200 meter relay (Kam Ellis, Boyce, Olivia Rubio, Zarria Jones) and won the 4x400 meter relay (Boyce, Shakeriana King, Zarria Jones, Fields).
