Redwater falls to Harmony in playoff with 15-2 Game 2 loss

HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas - Harmony totaled four home runs and cruised to a 15-2 win over Redwater in Game 2 of a Class 3A, bi-district softball playoff on Saturday at Lady Mustang Field.

The Lady Eagles won Game 1 on Friday, 5-2, and advanced to the Class 3A area round with the Game 2 victory. Harmony cranked out 17 hits against the Lady Dragons, who had four.

Redwater had four errors, while the Eagles committed one.

Kyndal Missildine, who walked, scored on an error for the Dragons to knot the game at 1-all in the second frame. The tie was as close as Redwater would get to Harmony.
