HUGHES SPRINGS, Texas — Harmony totaled four home runs and cruised to a 15-2 win over Redwater in Game 2 of a Class 3A, bi-district softball playoff on Saturday at Lady Mustang Field.

The Lady Eagles won Game 1 on Friday, 5-2, and advanced to the Class 3A area round with the Game 2 victory. Harmony cranked out 17 hits against the Lady Dragons, who had four.

Redwater had four errors, while the Eagles committed one.

Kyndal Missildine, who walked, scored on an error for the Dragons to knot the game at 1-all in the second frame. The tie was as close as Redwater would get to Harmony.

Kassidy Warner and Brooke Usrey's back-to-back singles with an out in the third frame was a bright spot for the Dragons.

Skyler Lavinge led off Redwater's fifth with a single through the hole at shortstop. Usrey pelted a double to right field to score Lavinge for the Dragons' second run of the game.

Redwater starting pitcher Gracie Aldridge took the loss, threw 6 1/3 innings, gave up 11 runs on 13 hits, struck out three and walked three.

Analese Como earned the win in the circle for the Eagles, slugged two, 3-run homers and doubled. Jeni Seahorn clubbed a 3-run round tripper, and Madison Rhame hammered a 2-run shot over the left-center field wall.
