TEXARKANA, Ark. — Arkansas High won 4 of 5 singles against conference opponent El Dorado, but the visiting Wildcats came out on top, 7-4, in a dual tennis match on the Razorbacks' courts.

The results are as follows:

BOYS SINGLES: Ryan Wardlaw (AHS) def. Blackburn, 6-1, 6-1; Bryce Jones (AHS) def. Island, 7-5 7-6 (4).

BOYS DOUBLES: Garrett Pendergraft/Corbin Atchley (AHS) lost to Huang/Lawrence, 6-1, 6-3; Seth Coker/Taylor Griffin (AHS) lost to Dumas/Rothwell, 6-3, 7-6; Nate Brown/Wade Tullos (AHS) lost to Beeman/McHenry, 8-2.

GIRLS SINGLES: Mary Dowd (AHS) def. Byrd, 6-1, 6-1; Hannah Smith (AHS) def. Mobley, 6-2, 6-2; Autumn Lomax (AHS) lost to Thomas, 8-3.

GIRLS DOUBLES: Ainsley Richardson/Abby Hopkins (AHS) lost to Bledsoe/Smith, 6-3, 6-3; Katie Brown/Ava Price-Gentry (AHS) lost to Ricker/Gatson, 6-4, 6-3; Rachel Massey/Makayli Harvey (AHS) lost to Clark/Moree, 8-4.

The Razorbacks will be back in conference action Tuesday at Lake Hamilton.
