SHREVEPORT, La. — The Texarkana Bulldogs found much success over the weekend during the Centenary College tournament.
The Bulldogs (5-0) never dropped a game, defeating Monroe Buffs, Marucci Elite II, Marucci Elite I and the Elite A's.

Cross Holder pitched a complete game for Texarkana, where he allowed zero runs on two hits and struck out five in Sunday's championship game.
Texarkana scored the game's first run in the first inning when Conner Allred connected on an RBI-double on a full count.
From there, it was all Bulldogs as they would score in each inning, including four each in the third and fourth frames.
TJ Krause had four RBIs and went 2-for-3 at the plate, including an RBI-double in the third inning for Texarkana.
The Bulldogs will be back in action on Tuesday when they take on the Texarkana American Legion Razorbacks at 6 p.m. at George Dobson Field at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana, Texas.
