Dr. Donald Douglas introduces himself to residents of Fouke, Ark., and explains his background in medical care during a meet and greet at the Stanley Davis Community Center in Fouke. Douglas will soon be opening a health clinic in Fouke with plans to operate five days a week with hopes of also opening a food pantry in the future. Douglas currently runs multiple clinics in Texarkana, including the Grace Clinic downtown.
