Harvest Texarkana Regional Food Bank is looking for volunteers for its annual corn harvest from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
Between 30 and 40 people of all ages are needed to assist with gleaning and loading corn for distribution to about 75 food pantries in a 10-county area.
The corn is on two acres in Foreman, Arkansas.
Volunteers will meet at 8 a.m. at the Highway 41 rest stop in Foreman. There will also be signs to the cornfield for volunteers arriving after 8.
