Bobcat Clinic Nurse Practitioner Kristin Price exhibits the Q-tip style swab that will be used for free COVID-19 symptom testing for all Hope Public Schools employees, teachers, students and their families between 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on June 4.

Clinic Director Gretchen Carlton said a change to a shorter, less-invasive swab is one of the improvements to testing that have been developed during the pandemic. Testing will be conducted in drive-through fashion in the Hope High School main student parking lot on 18th Street immediately across from the office entrance to Hope High School. A registration form is required, Carlton said, and are available online at each campus website via hpsdistrict.org and at the clinic.
