Here's another variation of Where Is It? — both the mystery and answer are explained here. This mystery picture is not what it appears. This is not a snowfall scene from a few days ago. Do you know what year the snow fell this heavily here in Atlanta, especially on the outdoor bridge and front lawn of the Atlanta District of the Texas Department of Transportation as shown here? It was in the last week of February 2015, six years ago. Notice the snowman at left. It seems February is a month to be reckoned with.
