Tri-State Iron & Metal expands by acquiring A-1 Auto Parts
Tri-State Iron & Metal Company has acquired A-1 Auto Salvage, a local used auto parts provider. The deal was concluded last week, according to the company. The acquisition expands Tri-State's presence in the auto recycling industry.
