School Gains Reading Room

L.F. Henderson Intermediate School students stand Friday, April 22, 2016 outside the new Ben Carson Reading Room in the media center at the school in Ashdown, Ark. Domtar and its suppliers partnered with the Carson Scholars Fund, founded by retired pediatric neurosurgeon and former presidential candidate Ben Carson, to supply books and a comfortable space to read. Use of the space will be an incentive for good grades and behavior. The media center will still be used as a library and classroom for 28 students, in addition to housing the Reading Room.
