Tails Fur Tails animal-rescue fundraiser starts Friday afternoon

The Tails Fur Tails fundraiser with crawfish, pet costumes and more will be held Friday at Trinity Baptist Church.

The family- and pet-friendly event, put on by Bank of the Ozarks, is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. It features free frozen yogurt from Orange Leaf, balloon animals, games, horse-drawn carriage rides and more.

Three contests will be held for crawfish-eating at 5:30 p.m., pet costumes at 6 p.m. and pet tricks at 6:30 p.m.

Proceeds to to area animal rescue organizations.
