Couple arrested on drug charges, baby in DHS custody in Sevier County

De QUEEN, ARK.-A man and woman have been arrested in De Queen on drug paraphernalia charges after a search warrant was served at a residence on Brooks Road.

An infant at the residence was taken into Department of Human Services custody.

Sevier County sheriff 's deputies executed a search warrant Thursday at 305 Brooks Road, according to information from the sheriff's office.

Racheal Weathers, 19 and Brian Cunningham, 34, were both taken into custody.

While executing the warrant deputies found Weathers, Cunningham and the 3-month-old infant in the bedroom of the residence. Deputies located several glass smoking devices used to smoke methamphetamine and suspected meth residue in one of the pipes. They also found the case the pipe came in on the bed next to the infant, according to information from the sheriff's office.
