Texarkana, Texas, Police have a felony warrant for 30-year-old Samantha Smith.
Smith is wanted on a felony warrant for deadly conduct and a misdemeanor probation violation warrant, according to Texarkana, Texas Police Department.
The felony charge is from early June. Smith was the passenger in a car that was sitting in front of a house in the 2200 block of Olive Street. After getting into an argument over a man with the woman who lives in the house, Smith allegedly pulled a gun and shot at the victim before speeding away.
No one was injured but one shot hit the house and police found four spent casings near the curb where the car had been parked.
