De QUEEN, Ark. — A juvenile male and an adult male died in a two-vehicle, head-on collision Sunday on Arkansas State Highway 41 in Sevier County.

The collision occurred at 6 a.m. when a northbound 2003 Honda Civic, driven by the juvenile, crossed the highway's center line and struck a southbound 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck, killing both the juvenile and his adult passenger, identified as Bernard Edwards III, 22, of Nashville Arkansas, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary fatal crash summary report.

The juvenile's age and address have not been determined.

A third male passenger in the Honda, Quentin Witherspoon, also 22, of Fulton, Arkansas, was injured in the crash and was taken to CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas.
