TEXARKANA, Arkansas-Texarkana, Arkansas Police have warrants for two suspects who are considered armed and dangerous.
Jaylan Deangelo Bowman, 20, and Trequn Kenvoris Coats, 20, are wanted for 23 counts of terroristic
act.
Anyone who knows their location can call 911, or contact CID at 903-798-3154.
They can also call Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers at 903-793-STOP. All callers will remain anonymous.
