Bowie County adds six new cases of coronavirus

Bowie County, Texas' confirmed coronavirus case
count rose by six, from 126 to 132, Wednesday to Thursday, according to the local emergency Joint Operations
Center.

Cass County, Texas, held at 28 cases, according to the JOC. Elsewhere in
Northeast Texas, Morris County's tally increased from 22 to 27, and Titus County's from 347 to 443, according to the Texas Department of State Health
Services.

Results of recent testing in Mount Pleasant, Texas, including of employees at the city's Pilgrim's Pride poultry processing plant, have been coming back in large batches, resulting in big leaps in Titus County's case count, County Judge Brian Lee
said.

Red River County held at 50 cases, according to
TDSHS.

In Southwest Arkansas, Miller County held at 42 cases, according to the Arkansas Department of Health.

Sevier County added 20 cases to reach 131. Howard County's count rose from
17 to 18, Nevada County's from four to five and Little River County's from five to
six. Hempstead County held at 14 cases, Lafayette County at nine and Pike County at
five.

Caddo Parish in Northwest Louisiana's count increased from 2,427 to 2,480, and Bossier Parish moved from 402 cases to 406 cases, according to the Louisiana Department of
Health.

Statewide, Arkansas reported 6,538 total cases so far, with 125 deaths. Louisiana reported 38,802 cases with 2,635 deaths, and Texas reported 59,776 cases with 1,601 deaths.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 1,698,523 cases so far in the U.S., with a national death toll of
100,446.
