Business Manager Frank Rougeou reported that the district ended the month of October with $6.7 million in total cash and investments and collected $7.1 million in revenue as of Oct. 31.

Superintendent Ronnie Thompson reported that the district's bond refunds came in at about $15,000 more in savings than was projected.

Thompson said enrollment is now at 2,298, which is down around 79 students from last year at this time. The number of students who are engaging in in-person learning is now up to 81%, compared to about 78% last month.

Thompson said it's helpful to have more students at school because in-person learning is the most effective learning method.
