TEXARKANA, Ark. - The Democratic Party of Miller County will hold a grand opening of its headquarters at 403 E. 9th Street at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
William Hanson, the party's candidate for U.S. Representative for the 4th Congressional District is expected to attend. The public is invited. Face mask and social distancing guidelines should be observed.
Campaign materials for Mr. Hanson and the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris presidential ticket will be available.
Headquarters is in the Bethel Building which was home of the Bethel United Church of Christ during the 1970s. The church served communities of all races with its mission of social
activism.
The county party's Central Committee is hosting the event.
