Man accused of hunting on hospital's property

TEXARKANA, Texas - A man was arrested early Friday by Texas Parks and Wildlife Game Warden Shawn Hervey for alleged illegal hunting on property inside the city limits.

Dustin Miles, 41, was arrested on property owned by Wadley Hospital, said Texas Game Warden Shawn Hervey.

Miles also reportedly was in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia and a crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine.

Miles has been charged with criminal trespassing with a deadly weapon, hunting without landowner's consent, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance under 1 gram (meth), littering and no hunting license, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife account.

Miles was taken to the Bi-State jail by the Texarkana Texas Police Department.
