TEXARKANA, Texas - Texas High School received a bomb threat Tuesday afternoon, a week to the day after it received a similar threat.

The FBI is investigating the matter.

"This threat, along with the other threat made on Jan. 26, are being investigated by the FBI in an effort to find the person(s) responsible for these threats made to our campus, our students and our staff," Texarkana Independent School District officials said in a social media posting about 2:39 p.m.

An emergency notification was sent out to parents by TISD at 1:59 p.m. Students and staff evacuated the school, before receiving the "all clear" less than an hour later that it was safe to return.

TISD officials believe this is a "copy cat" effort.

The following statement was posted by the district regarding the incident: "Another Bomb Threat has been received. We strongly believe that this is a 'copy cat' effort. However, for the safety of all, we will be evacuating students until we can receive an All Clear from Police and Fire."

According to Chief Communications Officer Tina Veal-Gooch, the threat was received via email, just like last Tuesday's threat.
