TEXARKANA, Texas - Vinyl Warehouse of Texarkana, Texas, has moved to a new space in Summerhill Square, just across from Julie's Deli. This is not the first time this specialty store that caters to vinyl crafters and hobbyists has moved.

"When we got started four years ago, this was in Kali Bannon's house," said Blair Taylor, vinyl specialist. "The business expanded very quickly, resulting in several moves over the years. Out of Kali's house to a place on Richmond Road. Then, it was to our first location here at Summerhill Square. Now, we are at our current location. This has all been driven by customer demand and needing more space."

In October, the business will be four years old. It has has a large and enthusiastic customer base, Taylor said. The new space not only allows them to stock more material and merchandise, but to expand their services.

"We have begun printing patterned vinyl in house," Taylor said. "This is a new option for our customers. Also, our shirt lines have increased."

Taylor has been with Vinyl Warehouse for three years. She was a vinyl crafter before finding this store. She loves the job.

"It's been really fun here, one of my very favorite jobs I've ever had," she said. "The boss is awesome. Our customers are like family, I love seeing them when our doors open."

She says that the vinyl hobby is continually growing because it is a huge outlet for creativity.

"People are figuring out it is fun," she said. "When you learn all the things you can do with vinyl we are just here to help out."
