Linden, Texas, residents watch as their Christmas tree and courthouse light up Thursday. The tree is a first for the town, and the Cass County Commissioners Court sponsored the first major lighting of the courthouse. The event was celebrated with hot chocolate on the courthouse lawn. Approximately 5,000 lights were put on the courthouse.
