O. B. Campbell, Jr. of Hooks, TX was born November 10, 1949 to the parentage of the late Nancy and O. B. Campbell, Sr. He was called "Tee" by most in the Red Bank, Hooks, and surrounding communities. Tee united with the Red Bank Baptist Church at an early age and was baptized under the pastorage of Rev. Williams. Mr. Campbell departed this life on Sunday, February 9, 2020. He loved music and was well known as an Amazing Drummer. Mr. Campbell was preceded in death by his parents, his Son: Kendrick Campbell, three brothers and a nephew. He leaves to cherish his memories: Daughter: Rachel Campbell of Texarkana, TX., 5 Sisters: Nannie (James) Gooden of New Boston, TX., Barbara Ann (John) McMullen of Hooks, TX., Paula (Joe) Nelson of New Boston, TX., Chrystal Hubbard of Hooks, TX and Gulvae Johnson of Long Beach, CA., 2 Brothers: Charles Campbell and Roy Campbell of Hooks, TX., 3 Grandsons: Adrian Campbell of Irving, TX, Joshua Wright of Texarkana, TX., and Caleb White of Louisiana. Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Red Bank Baptist Church, Hooks, Texas with Rev. Herman Gooden, Eulogist and Rev. Johnny Walker, Officiant. Burial will be at Red Bank Cemetery, Hooks, TX under the Direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
