NANNIE CARTER

Nannie Bell Carter, 96, of Texarkana, Texas passed away January 12, 2020 in a local care facility. She was born January 20, 1923 in Texarkana. She retired from Lone Star Ammunition Plant and was a member at Church of God of Prophecy. She is preceded in death by her husbands, one son, her parents, and her brothers and sisters. She is survived by three children, Elizabeth Coulter, James, Carter, and Eugene Carter; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside Services were held at 2PM Tuesday January 14, 2020 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Texarkana with Bro. Robert Collins officiating. Funeral Arrangements were under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home Texas Boulevard.
