Rick Lee Westerman, 67 of Texarkana, AR. passed away at his home. He was born October 28, 1952 in Longview, TX. He was a great Husband, dad, friend, uncle and everyone who knew him loved him. He and Lisa love their trips to the beach. He was passionate about the Dallas Cowboys, muscle cars and his dog "Louie". He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Kitty Beth Westerman; one brother Kenneth Clark Westerman, Jr. and his father-in-law Bill Carter. Survived by his wife Lisa of Texarkana, Ar; two sons Roderick Westerman Jr. of Texarkana and Nick Westerman of Dallas, TX; mother-in-law Sibyl Carter of Texarkana; brother-in-law and wife Gary and Mandy Carter of Texarkana; two nephews Kirkland and Karson Carter both of Texarkana; a special cousin Lisa Stewart and her daughter Melissa of Fort Worth, TX; His two "butterflies" Shannon and Seanna Howard of Ponte Vedra, FL. Graveside funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Stateline Cemetery officiated by Sherri Waters. Reception following the graveside will be at East Funeral Home Moores Lane reception room at 2807 Moores Lane, Texarkana, TX. Family will be at 2118 South Crest, Texarkana, AR.
