SACHIKO SMITH

Sachiko "Mimi" Smith, 91, of Texarkana, AR passed away March 23, 2020 in Texarkana, TX hospital Mrs. Smith was born May 16, 1928 in Japan. She was preceded in death by her parents Yoshio and Shige Shimazu and her older son, William Smith. Survivors include her husband, James C. Smith of Texarkana, AR and a son Robert Smith of Texarkana, TX and a daughter, Carol Devaney of Texarkana, AR. Other survivors are granddaughters, Heather Smith Peters of Arkadelphia and Caitlin Smith; Grandsons, Justin Devaney and Hunter Smith; daughters-in-law, Teresa Smith and Morgan Procella; great grandchildren, Jaisin, Macy, Jackson, Charlie, Crystal and Junior. The family will have a private memorial service in the future. The family will receive family and friends on Thursday, March 26, 2020 from 12 to 6 p.m. at 2123 Florida Street, Texarkana, AR.
