Otera Fayrene Banks, 79, of 1104 S. Williams St., Atlanta, TX, died Nov. 20, 2020, at Waterton Plaza, Texarkana, TX. Services are noon Saturday, Nov, 28, 2020, at Pavilion at Pine Crest Cemetery, Atlanta, TX, with Rev. Willie R. Collins officiating. Burial is under direction of Coleman-Atlanta Funeral Home, Atlanta, Texas. The body may be viewed on Friday, November 27, 2020, at the funeral home, from 12 p.m. Ms. Banks was born January 19, 1941, in Queen City, TX. She was a retired production worker at Lone Star Ammunition and a member of Enon First Baptist Church, Atlanta, Texas. Survivors include one son, Rickie (Christine) Banks of Atlanta, Texas; two daughters, Belinda Banks Bell of Waco, Texas, and Terri Banks-Kelley of Hooks, Texas; one sister, Jerlene Banks of Terrell, Texas; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
