Angela Dorshia Williams, was born April 4, 1964 in Monroe, Louisiana, to the late Willie Atkins Williams Sr, and Fannie Lee Goins-Williams, and later became a resident of Texarkana, TX. She passed on March 23, 2021. Angie, as she was affectionately known, was a 1983 graduate of Arkansas High School. She was employed as a shelter advocate at the Domestic Violence Center in Texarkana, TX for over twenty years. She was a dutiful member of the Charity Baptist Church of Texarkana, TX. There she served in various capacities, such as a member of the choir, on the mission board, and as a Sunday School Teacher. Angela loved God and her family. She had a big heart and was always there to help others anyway she could. She leaves to cherish her memories three Sons: Frederick Lamar Williams of Texarkana, TX, Marcus Jvon Williams (Darnisha) of Nash, TX and Antonio Johnson of Texarkana, TX, four Siblings: Willie Atkins Williams Jr. (Tangela) of Dallas, TX, Lynda Williams of Texarkana, TX, James Williams (Sharon) of Texarkana, AR, and Victoria Peters (Bradford) of Mansfield, TX, two Grandsons: Tai'Rickus Jackson and Marcus Williams Jr. three Nephews: Joseph Williams, Xavier Williams and Adrian Murphy, two Nieces: Victoria Williams and Jacqueline Williams and a host of family and friends. Angela was preceded in death by her parents Willie Atkins Williams Sr. and Fannie L. Goins-Williams and her Special Friend, Dwight Wayne Jernigan. Visitation is Friday, April 2, 2021 from 3:00 — 5:00 PM at Jones Stuart Mortuary. Graveside Service is Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Chapelwood Memorial Gardens with Pastor Alfred Jernigan, Eulogist under the Direction of Jones Stuart Mortuary.
