Gloria Jean West, 83 of Texarkana, AR passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 28, 1938 in Texarkana, TX. Mrs. West was retired from D and Z. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray West, SR., parents, O.B. Follis and Hazel Wolfenbarger, brothers, Donnie Follis and James Follis. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Ray West, Jr. and Karen of Texarkana, AR and Mike and Dana West of Fouke, AR; daughters and son-in-law, Terri and Jack Long of Wake Village, TX and Tina West of Texarkana, AR; brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Jean Follis of Texarkana, AR; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Charles and Becky West of Little Rock, AR and James West of Texarkana, AR; 7 grandchildren, Rhiannon Roberts, Laci Yelvington, Marley King, Cody West, Cutter West, Mason Upton and Anna West; 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 10am Tuesday September 21, 2021 at East Memorial Chapel-Moores Lane. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
