NEW BOSTON, Texas—Pauline Spurlock Broyles, 87, of New Boston died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, in a Texarkana, Texas, hospital. <br />Mrs. Broyles was born July 16, 1922, in Three Point, Ky. She was a member of Dogwood Garden Club and a Methodist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Broyles. <br />Survivors include one son, Kenneth Edmond of Dallas; two daughters, Paula Johnson of New Boston and Joan Stallard of Mount Vernon, Ohio; two brothers, Kenneth Spurlock of Middlesboro, Ky., and Ralph Spurlock of Atlanta, Ga.; one sister, Jenny Lou Spurlock of New Boston; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chapel Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa, Texas, with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens under direction of Bates-Rolf Funeral Home. <br />Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chapel Sunset Memorial Gardens. <br />Memorials may be made to the church or charity of choice. <br />Online registration is at www.batesrolffuneralhome.com.
