LUTHER McCASLAND

ATLANTA, Texas—Luther Ernest McCasland, 61, of Atlanta died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, in Texarkana, Texas. <br />Mr. McCasland was born April 27, 1948, in Atlanta. He was a welder and pipe fitter for Local 100. <br />Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Terry McCasland of Atlanta; one son, Wayne McCasland of Madras, Ore.; two daughters, Casey Keehn of Altus, Okla., and Christy King of Atlanta; two brothers, James McCasland of Gonzales, La., and Tommy McCasland of Queen City, Texas; three sisters, Margarite Thacker of Texarkana, Peggy Nash of Beaumont, Texas, and Diane McCasland of Queen City; two grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hanner Funeral Service with the Revs. Ricky DeMoss and J.W. Pryor officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. <br />Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. <br />Online registration is at www.hannerfuneralservice.com.
