HUGH CARLILE

NAPLES, Texas—Hugh B. Carlile, 77, of Naples died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, in a Mount Pleasant, Texas, hospital. <br />Mr. Carlile was born Oct. 4, 1932, in DeKalb, Texas. He was a retired foreman in the mechanical tubing division of Lone Star Steel, a member of Naples Volunteer Fire Department, Order of the Eastern Star, Omaha, Texas, Belden Masonic Lodge, American Legion Post 92 and First United Methodist Church and a Korean War Navy veteran. <br />Survivors include his wife, Vera Carlile of Naples; three sons, Gary Carlile of Austin, Perry Carlile of Buena Vista, Colo., and Terry Carlile of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter, Vicki Carlile of Naples; one sister, Mary Martin of Duncanville, Texas; three brothers, Buddy Carlile, Ray Carlile and Johnny Carlile; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Fraley officiating under direction of Harrison Funeral Home. <br />Memorials may be made to a favorite church.
