MARY HOWARD

NEW BOSTON, Texas—Mary Elizabeth Howard, 85, of Hooks, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, in a local nursing home. <br />Mrs. Howard was born Nov. 5, 1924, in Bradford, Ark. She was employed with Walmart and a Jehovah’s Witness. <br />Survivors include one granddaughter, Lisa Mounts Martinez of Hooks, Texas; five great-grandchildren, Felicia Wade, Lily Martinez, Jimmy Kyle Wilson, Lucas Martinez and Ronnie Davis; four nephews, Gary Britton, Jay Chase, Jimmy Bryant and Sonny Walker; and a number of other relatives. <br />Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Hooks. <br />Online registration is at <br />www.batesrolffuneralhome.com. <br /> <br />
